あらかじめ用意された食品のリストから選択し、

記録を残すことができます。

カロリーも自動で追加することができます。

詳細画面では1日の摂取カロリー合計も知ることができます。

また、インポート/エクスポート機能により

他の端末や下位版のレコーディングダイエットから

データを移行することができます。
